Shipping Policy

We carefully pack every Jake & Isla order before it makes its way to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, and are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment has cleared.

Some locally made, custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe.

South African Delivery

We use The Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa.

Standard delivery: R150 flat rate

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that the 5–10 business-day delivery timeframe does not include the 3–7 business days required to process your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Urgent Orders

Need your order by a specific date? Please contact us before placing your order. Where possible, we can arrange an expedited courier service at an additional cost.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by their country. These costs are not included in your order or shipping fee.

Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the original packaging and any damaged items, as these may be required for a courier claim.

We will do our best to assist with any delivery issues once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
