Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase from The Jake & Isla Collection. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Show no signs of being washed, altered or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or do not meet the above requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at returns@jakeandisla.co.za.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Your full name and contact details
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
  3. Once your return has been approved, securely package your item and send it to the address below using a courier of your choice.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email that your return has been received.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 2–4 business days to reflect in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@jakeandisla.co.za. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
