Creating a dream nursery for your baby is an exciting time for new parents, and it’s a journey we feel honoured to be a part of. So let’s make those dreams come true!
We know how special and personal a nursery can be and custom nursery bedding can add a unique and personal touch to your little one’s space.
At Jake and Isla, we want to make sure we supply you with the best products in the most stress-free process possible.
Please read along to understand more about the order process before ordering your custom nursery bedding set.
1. Send us an email on our contact page with a description of what you are looking for. Your email should include all the products you want (e.g. duvet and pillow cover, bumper inner and cover, etc.), the nursery theme, any specific designs you want to be included, and bedding sizing.
2. We will contact you for a consultation. During this consultation details for the theme, colour scheme, and specific details will be finalized.
3. We will then send you a quote. A 75% deposit is required to secure your order and begin the production process.
4. Once the deposit has been paid we will begin the design and production process. Each order takes an estimated 6 to 8 weeks to complete from the date the deposit is paid.*
5. We will stay in contact with you throughout the process. If you request any changes or additional items during the production process, these expenses will be billed and added to the order balance.**
6. The balance will be invoiced once the order is completed and your new nursery set will be sent once the balance has been paid.
**Please note: Our offer includes 1 design print, which is decided on during the consultation. Any extra designs, including changes to the designs, will be considered billable design hours.
