Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from Jake & Isla, please let us know, we are here to help.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date that you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We will not refund items that have missing tags, have been worn, altered, or washed. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To process your return please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to returns@jakeandisla.co.za .
2. Please provide the following in your email: your order number, your personal contact information and specify the product/products you wish to return.
3. Send the package to our returns address using a courier of your choice. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of shipping.

What happens next?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the condition of the product and notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns will be processed within 7-10 days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
